It was an almost perfect stay. When I arrived, the front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The room and accommodations were very nice, and it was extremely quiet. Since I was on vacation, this was the best sleep I had during my trip. The complementary breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. The only negative was when I went to get a paper receipt, which I specifically wanted. A staff member at a kiosk machine (no live person at the front desk to talk to this time) told me he would be emailed instead, leaving me with no choice. Unfortunately, I never received the receipt.

Best Western excellent room great breakfast buffet nice and quiet rooms are very clean. The people are very friendly but I could do without the computer check-in. Whatever you call it every time I try to check in or have a issue the guy on the screen or whoever’s on the screen Takes forever to solve the problem to check in or check out takes a long time the one time where the lady behind the counter helped me it took less than two minutes. I believe next time I will look for a Best Western that doesn’t have this feature.

This is a pretty okay place! Everything is clean, safe and comfy. This was my first experience with a remote desk clerk. I'm one of those people. That's not too interested in the technological revolution but I have to say that Elvis from india did a great job of checking me in.

The hotel is a lot nicer than what I expected. Most motels(outdoor entrances) are kind of shady but it was nice and quiet and our room was bigger than expected and very clean. I loved the huge walk in shower. We didnt get to use the outdoor pool but from the looks of it it was clean and pristine. Checking in at a kiosk was a first for me but it went surprisingly smooth even for a 3rd party reservation. The breakfast was a plain Jane continental breakfast but the breakfast attendant was outstanding. She made my son some mini waffles with whip cream strawberries and sprinkles which made him super happy. All in all I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if in the area.

This Best Western has to be one the the BEST Westerns. The are very polite, and clean. We clean restaurants during closing hours, and usually have time wait till 3 to get a room. Not here, they gave me early Chek in and late check out. I will drive 30 mins out my way to get a room here again. There is a really good restaurant next door. It would be nice if they had crews like this at every location. I will definitely book when I'm in the area.

First time using VIRTUAL check in! Definitely a really cool process. Technology has gone so far! As we approached the office and walked in, there was a computer screen And this gentleman said, hi, welcome to best western, how are you? Are you checking in today? It was an actual real guy, it was not AI! His name was ELVIS(Cool Huh) and he was very nice and was helpful with the whole process. I chatted with Elvis and found out some cool things about him like he is OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND WAS ABLE TO CHECK US IN OUT ROOM!!!!!! Very nice gentleman! Its funny how someone like this can have better customer service than an actual person. He was helpful, respectful, patient and down to earth with us. It was a great check in process. I even git to take a selfie with ELVIS! Keep up the amazing work and great customer service ELVIS. YOU MADE OUR VIRTUAL CHECK IN SUPER EASY.

Elli was my front desk clerk via the kiosk. I have no problem with the kiosk check in, but I do agree with other reviewers about how I missed the personal connection. Pro- she was very helpful and it was just like any other check in process Con- things are a touch slower on her end. She almost had me run my credit card twice even though it went through the first time because she couldn't see it on her end. Overall, the stay was great. BIG, clean room and quiet at night.

Awesome customer service! Elvis was so helpful and efficient getting me checked into my room. Highly recommend. His associate was also very helpful but I forgot his name unfortunately. I have a photo but I am new to these reviews and am not sure how to post
